Responsibility, reporting, evaluation and revision The senior management of the ege Group has overall responsibility for ensuring that internal guidelines regarding women in management are respected. The human resource department is responsible for implementing and continuing working with various initiatives from the action plan as well as evaluating and reporting to the directors of ege. The CSR department is responsible for reporting results of planned initiatives in the CSR report for 2018/2019, as stated in the action plan.
